Refund Policy

Bandisoft provides the following policy on a refund for Honeycam which has been purchased. It is required to agree to the refund policy before purchasing the product.

Refund Policy

  1. You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if your product key has not been used for registration yet.
  2. Once your product key has been used for registration, any refund will not be provided.
  3. Before making a purchase, please try the free version of Honeycam first and check whether the product is suitable for you and not defective.

Before requesting a refund for Honeycam

If it has been less than 7 days since your purchase and the product key has not been used for registration yet, you may request a refund for what you have purchased. Please check if your case meets both of these two conditions and if so, contact us at apps@bandisoft.com to request a refund.

To prove that you have actually purchased the product to be refunded, it is required to contact us via the same email address which you have entered when purchasing the product. If the two addresses are different from each other, you should attach a receipt or its equivalent transaction details to prove the purchase history.
